Authentic Stories from Diners
Stopped in for a wee drink and a bit to eat. Situated on the Prestwick High Street, so walking distance from our digs. There is parking in various spots along the high street. Service at the bar was quick and cheerful. Food was table service and the four of us were not disappointed. Empty plates all round. Food and drink reasonable priced. There are a few large tv screens to watch the sports on. They where not intrusive. A very nice wee place.
We went in for a quick bit of dinner. The kitchen staff were very accommodating even though it was almost time to stop serving food. I chose the steak pie and chips which had been recommended to me, and my wife wanted fish and chips but it wasn't on the menu, so instead she chose chicken, covered in a peppercorn sauce and chips. Both meals were delicious. I even ended up ordering a dessert, even though I never do, as I knew how delicious it would be, and, again, I wasn't let down. Chocolate fudge cake and ice cream for her, and I got millionaires cheesecake 😋😋😋
Went here tonight 9/11/24 for he first time with hubby. Both had starters tempura chicken and creamy garlic mushrooms followed by steaks. Everything was cooked fresh and the steak was cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere for a small place and super friendly helpful staff. Will definitely NOT be out last visit there.
